My guess is we all have.
I started a recent webinar by playing the song “What about me” by Moving Pictures. It has a powerful message about inclusion.
It’s not nice to be left out when you want to be included.
And organisations are discovering that the more diverse their people are, the greater the benefits to all concerned when they are included.
