1. It provides a suite of basic management skills such as problem solving, decision making and coaching.
2. It uses the Whole Brain Model™ as the one Organising Principle – allowing newly appointed managers to better understand their roles and the many, varied and often conflicting demands that will be placed on them.

The Whole Brain Manager program is a 3 day program.

It can either be run in a single block or as a series of 1 day workshops.
