HIA Staff Update

"Good morning, Herrmann International Asia, Tricia speaking"

November 5 was the last time you would have heard Tricia saying that. After 9 1/2 years and 72, 656 HBDI's, Tricia is calling it a day. She is off to a new job, new surroundings and new challenges.

Any one using our HBDI® processing services in Sydney will know how much we will miss Tricia. She has been a wonderful member of the Herrmann family, has contributed so much to us all, and has provided the very best of customer service. She will be a hard act to follow. We wish her all the luck and happiness in the world.

"Good morning, Herrmann International Asia, Ailsa speaking"

We are still blessed with Ailsa continuing to provide the very best in HBDI® processing and customer service. We are also very excited to welcome Karin Batty to the team. Karin will be joining us full-time as Office Administrator and will be teaming up with Ailsa to look after your HBDI® processing needs.
