Level 1: Foundation
The first part of the workshop equips you to successfully implement the complete foundation stage.
This includes
- working with the individual HBDI® Profile
- using the e-Learning program, HBDI® Fundamentals
- running the workshop—Start Thinking
- access to HTMS™ to process all your HBDI's and manage your organisation's database
- using the support materials to help build a strong foundation.
Level 2: Application
The second part of the workshop equips you to successfully implement the complete application stage.
This includes:
- building on the work done in the foundation stage
- working with the HBDI® Pair Profile
- working with the HBDI® Team Profile
- running the workshop, ThinkAbout™ Teams
- accessing The Business of Thinking® workshops. The Business of Thinking® is:
- a systematic approach to introducing Whole Brain Thinking across an organisation or function
- a series of workshops, resources and on-the-job applications
- designed to improve the overall quality of thinking and subsequent performance of the organisation
- using the support materials to help strengthen the broader application of Whole Brain Thinking.
Workshop outcomes
At the end of the 4 day workshop participants will thoroughly understand:
- the HBDI®—its validation, the research behind it and its development and application
- the Whole Brain Model™—how it applies to business, education and daily life
- the HBDI® De-brief Process—how to use the HBDI® Individual Profile with individuals and groups
- the HBDI® Pair Profile
- the HBDI® Team Profile
- Learning to Think, Learning to Learn application modules
- the key components of the Foundation and Application Stages and how to best implement them.
